The Customer Account Specialist will maintain the superior customer service that is consistent in the Inside Sales department. You will work with previous customers to re-establish the relationship by assessing current needs and addressing past experiences. Am I qualified?
1 year of customer service experience is preferred. If you possess excellent customer service skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, strong follow up and follow through and superb attention to detail, you may be the ideal candidate. MS Word and Excel, and data entry skills are also a must! High School diploma/GED required.
